The Brothers of the Beloved Disciple invite you to a new infilling of the Holy Spirit as we prepare for Pentecost Sunday.
Registration: Call 1.210.226.7545 between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday before May 28, 2025.
No registration cost, but a love offering will be taken to help cover costs (food, materials, etc.).
This year Pentecost Sunday is June 8. When Jesus ascended into Heaven, he told his followers to prayerfully prepare for the coming of the Holy Spirit. They would be “baptized in the Holy Spirit” and receive “Power from on High”. Together, we will seek, and pray, that each of us be strengthened in the gift of the Holy Spirit so we (as Pope Francis has said in his Letter, The Joy of the Gospel, Evangelii gaudium), can grow as missionary disciples and Spirit-filled evangelizers, bringing the Good News of Jesus to many people who still need to encounter Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit.
